Do We Need a Study to Decide if Plastic Grocery Bags Should Be Banned in Erie County? [POLL/AUDIO]

Erie County Executive Mark Poloncarz wants to ban plastic grocery bags in Erie County. Stating he wanted "everyday to be Earth day". In addition to just suggesting the ban he is suggesting a study that according to the Buffalo News would cost

"between $50,000 and $70,000 and could take eight to 10 months to complete."
