This is really exciting, Mary Wall a writer/producer that has worked on the NBC TV show "The Office" is creating a documentary about Buffalo Sabres fans! I love when I hear about a project that makes Buffalo and western New York look good. Buffalo is a sports town and I think more of a hockey town, we love our Buffalo Sabres and Mary Wall is giving fans the opportunity to be in a documentary.

According to the upcoming documentary's Facebook page the documentary will feature the lives of Buffalo Sabres fans as they go through life dealing with the joys and heartbreaks of the hockey season. The crew for this project is casting for this documentary tonight, Thursday and Friday. They are looking for fans that have any sort of story about your passion with the team. The Facebook page mentions they are looking for people that have the Sabres woven to their life. It could be a child being born during the playoffs, having served overseas, plus other memories and stories they want to talk to you about your passion!

You can walk into any of the open casting sessions or make an appointment by sending an email to bflosabresdoc@gmail.com.

The open casting sessions are :

Tonight at Spot Coffee 765 Elmwood Avenue in Buffalo 5pm-8pm

Thursday at The Audubon Library 350 John James Audubon Parkway in Amherst 5pm-8pm

It's an exciting project, I can't wait to see the finished product! If you go to a casting session best of luck and make Buffalo proud!
