Donnie Osmond Picked To Host New Game Show

Donnie Osmond has been hired by CBS to host a new game show.  The new show called "Secret Fortune" features 24 envelopes with different dollar amounts.  Inside the envelopes the check amounts range from pennies to a fortune.  As the game progresses the envelopes are elminated until there's only one left.  The format sounds a little like "Deal Or No Deal"  American Idol producer Nigel Lythgoe created the new game show.

Donnie already has game show experience.  He hosted the game show "Pyramid" for a couple of season back about 10 years ago.  He also starred with his sister on "The Donnie & Marie Show," and was the winner of "Dancing With The Stars" in the fall of 2009. 

Recently, Donnie has been teaming with his sister Marie in a limited engagement show at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas.
