Try not to tear up at the thought of your dad doing this with your daughter, sister or even yourself.

An 11-year-old girl from California walked down the aisle with her dying dad in a tear-jerking ceremony that pronounced the pair “daddy and daughter.” Jim Zetz, 62, has stage-4 pancreatic cancer and was told has only a few more weeks left to live. According to ABC, Jim said:

It was not easy to do, let me tell you, but I wouldn’t change it for the world. In twenty years, when she really gets married, she’s going to be happy that happened ."

"A photographer that is close to the Zetz family arranged the mock wedding as a surprise, to give Jim the chance to celebrate a milestone he’ll likely miss as his cancer progresses."

All of the materials needed to be pulled off were donated by local businesses who were told to keep the ceremony hush hush.
