Eat A Sandwich, Save A Dollar at the Italian Festival

The Galbani Buffalo Italian Heritage Festival is moving to the city's outer harbor this year July 13th thru 16th and you can save a dollar on admission by trying one of the two special sandwiches that are being offered by the Cheesy Chick Food Truck.  Each sandwich features Galbani Cheese, Italy's favorite cheese, but these creations are available only for limited time.

One of them is the Galbani Mediterranean Meatball Grilled Cheese.  The other is the Galbani Strawberry Basil Prosciutto Grilled Cheese.  Sound good?  Believe me, they taste even better than they sound.

We caught up with Jonathan Rowan, one of the co-owners of the Cheesy Chick Food Truck to find out more about his new sandwiches and to see how they're made.
