It's the first "Fair" beer in New York State, it's coming to the Erie County Fair this summer and it'll be available on store shelves the week of June 25th.  The Fair is partnering with Flying Bison Brewing Company to produce the beer based on the Fair's Home Brew Competition.  It was so popular with fair-goers that the draught version sold out within the first few days of the Fair.

Six packs of bottled Erie County Fair American Pale Ale will be available through Try-It Distributing at Buffalo area Tops Friendly Markets and 17 Western New York locations of Consumers Beverages.

Homebrewers John Crossett and Brian Millville came up with the recipe and it was crowned “Best In Show.”  The recipe was then submitted to the Brewmaster at Flying Bison and now you can enjoy it as summer begins in Western New York.
