The First Time Home Club is a great tool to take use of when looking to buy a new home. There are a couple of qualifications, but it is free money to borrow and is a no-brainer if you wish to move to certain areas.

According to WKBW:

Eligible homebuyers will receive $10,500 towards their new home. The loan is zero interest and homebuyers don’t have to pay it back until they sell the home.
