Annual Glow Ball Golf Tournament

The Glow Ball Golf tournament has been an event that the Knezevic family has run for many years. It started with former member of the LPGA, Linda Knezevic. She had the idea to have a tournament that was more about enjoying yourself than winning. This unique take on a very old game was a big hit, and the Glow Ball Tournament was born. Her son, Kevin Knezevic, took over this great event three years ago and has been running it ever since.
Each year we donate the proceeds to a different worthy cause. We have benefitted many different organizations throughout the years, such as Hospice, Mercy Flight, Honor Flight, and Roswell Park Cancer Institute. This year we are working with the Make-A-Wish Foundation of Western New York (http://www.wny.wish.org/). Their chapter volunteers are part of a nationwide network of nearly 25,000 caring people dedicated to making wishes come true. Although it has become one of the world’s most well known charities, the Make-A-Wish Foundation has maintained the grassroots fulfillment of its mission to serve children with life-threatening medical conditions. Volunteers serve as wish granters, fundraisers, and special events assistants and in numerous other capacities. Locally, they grant wishes in the 17 western counties of New York State.
