Empire State Beef Classic

The Erie County Agricultural Society, Crystalyx and Shamel Milling Company are proud sponsors of the 3rd Annual Empire State Beef Classic on April 10th – 12th in the Agriculture Discovery Center on the Fairgrounds in Hamburg, NY. This show is open to exhibitors of all ages and gives individuals experience prior to showing at their local county and/or state fair. The show will have a fitting clinic presented by Stock Show U/Sullivans Supply, a junior team fitting competition, junior skill-a-thon competition along with an exhibitor dinner. Following dinner will be showmanship classes that will be held at 7:00pm on Saturday. The open heifer show followed by the open steer show will be on Sunday April 12th at 10:00am with the judge being Mr. Jake Bloomberg of Stillwater, OK.

Late entries will be accepted up until 10:00pm on Saturday, April 11th.
