The Niagara County SPCA invites you to its 4th annual Howl-iday Party on Saturday, December 1st at the Stephen Sikora Post in North Tonawanda. Their holiday event is their biggest fundraiser of the year with Santa available to take photos with your pets or family members. There's food and games.
