Ever Hear Of A Snow Roller? It’s Incredible [VIDEO]

I've lived in the Buffalo area all of my life. We're known for snow and cold winters, but I've never seen one of these. I've never even heard of one -- a snow roller.

They're pretty rare. A certain set of circumstances have to be in place for them to happen, but conditions were perfect in some areas of Ohio yesterday.
