Executive, Joe Rickey Hundley, 60, is charged with slapping a toddler on a Delta Airlines flight.

He is no longer employed by AGC Aerospace and Defense, Composites Group. The President and CEO of the company, Al Hasse, describes this situation as "offensive and disturbing."

Hundley was sitting next to Jessica Bennett,33, and her 19-month-old son, Jonah. Jonah started crying when the plane went off because of all of the pressure going to his ears. Bennett told the FBI agent that she tried to get Jonah to stop crying while Hundley told her to "shut that "N Word" baby up!"

Bennett then said, "What did you just say?" And she said he drunkingly fell on top of her, whispering it directly into her ear. After that, Bennett said that Hundley then slapped Jonah in the face.

The mother said that there was blood along with instant swelling on her sons face!

There was a witness, Todd Wooten, who gave assistance after seeing the whole thing happen.

Hundley was charged with simple assult and could face up to a maximum term of a year in prison.
