I’ve lived in Western New York for over 13 years now and have visited the Falls a number of times.

Tonight (Friday, August 23), there is going to be a fireworks display over Niagara Falls. Why? The 12-minute display is celebrating the anniversaries of the Niagara Falls Bridge Commission and the Lewiston Queenston Bridge span. The Niagara Falls Bridge Commission celebrates 75 years, and the Lewiston Queenston Bridge is celebrating their 50th anniversary.

If you’re visiting the Falls tonight on either side, American or Canadian, you’ll be able to see the enhanced fireworks show starting at 10 p.m.!
