Five Diet Rules You’re Allowed To Break
I read somewhere that more than 50 percent of the U.S. population is overweight. Today’s lifestyles leave us little time for eating properly and exercising enough. It’s no wonder that everywhere you look, people are pushing some type of diet or diet plan.
Obviously every person has a different metabolism. What works for one person may not work for another. For me, I have always been able to keep my weight where I want by applying some basics: drink lots of water each day, walking and running several times per week and portion control. If you are currently struggling with weight loss, I found an article on Yahoo.com that may be able to help you.
Here are the five diet rules you are allowed to break:
1.) Do not eat after 7pm.
2.) Eat five to six small meals during the day.
3.) Stick to fat-free or low-fat foods.
4.) Eat breakfast within 30 minutes of waking.
5.) Cut out certain food groups.
