The flu season is in full effect in the Buffalo area.

If you haven't been sick yet, there is a good chance it will get to you soon.

According to Metro Source News:

54-hundred people have been infected with the virus statewide.  That's a 72 percent spike in just the last week.

Doctors say it's important people six months of age or older to get vaccinated.

Washing hands and taking vitamins and getting plenty of fresh air and exercise can help fight the flu. I am a big fan of fresh air. Especially for the kids. It doesn't hurt to change bedding, sheets and wash surfaces with some sort of anti-bacterial solution.
