It didn't take Iong for Dan Bylsma to find a new gig.  Less than a month after being fired as Buffalo Sabres coach, Bylsma has been hired as a guest studio analyst by the NHL Network.

Bylsma previously appeared as an game analyst on the NHL Network during the World Junior Championships in 2015.  So he'll be in familiar territory when he appears this week on NHL Tonight.  Bylsma will be appearing this week, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday nights to offer his opinions on games and players, but he'll be restricted on what he can say about his experience in Buffalo.  As a condition of his release he signed a non-disclosure agreement, meaning that as long as he continues to be paid by the Sabres he can't say anything about the team or organization.

So far, this week's appearances on NHL Tonight are the only ones scheduled for Bylsma.
