Did you ever get inspired while grocery shopping? Yesterday I was doing my grocery shopping shopping and wondering about what to make for dinner. As I was going up and down the aisles buying the usual staples, I saw a sale on nachos chips, 2 bags for $4.

That got me thinking and the next thing you I was buying salsa, guacamole, taco cheese and a few other things. I then remembered I had some ground beef in the freezer and some jalapenos and banana pepeers in the fridge.

So I ended up making a little creation I have dubbed "Nachos Johnny". Basically, I cooked up the ground beef and then added taco seasoning. I took a serving tray and covered the bottom with taco chips. I then applied a layer of lettuce over the top. I added the beef over the top of that and then covered the meat with taco cheese. The banana pepers and jalapenos were put on top of the cheese. I kept the salsa, guacamole, and hot sauce on the side so people could spice up their own plate exactly the way they liked it.
