Giving Wedgies Brings Battery Charge

A Florida man says it was only a joke.  But sheriff's deputies didn't see the humor.  18-year old Charles Ross was arrested on a battery charge after giving wedgies to people at a movie theatre.  Battery is defined as touching someone when they don't want to be touched.

Ross has a series of 60 videos on Youtube showing him pulling pranks on unsuspecting strangers.  Among the things he does is walk up to women and men and give them a hug or a kiss. He does back flips off of vehicles stopped at red lights, jumps on the backs of strangers or sits on their lap.

He says he plans to continue making videos, but will likely scale back his involvement with strangers.
