If you grew up in the '70's like I did, you probably remember The Eagles. Back in the day at Williamsville East High School, they were one of the most popular bands. I can even remember seeing them in concert in the Buffalo Memorial Auditorium. The band has not been together in quite a while. Some of the members are doing individual solo tours now and then.

Tonight I am going to see the next best thing: an Eagles tribute band called "Hotel California". They are playing a sold-out show tonight at the Lancaster Opera House in Lancaster. One of the principals in the group is Canadian drummer/singer Dean Young who many say sounds exactly like Don Henley. Tickets are still available for tomorrow afternoon's 2:30pm performance.
