Right around 11:00am yesterday, Koga, a 24-year old silverback gorilla which lives at the Buffalo Zoo, was somehow able to access the animal keeper aisle and get out of the gorilla exhibit.  The zoo keeper who was working the gorilla exhibit was bit on the right hand and the left calf.  The keeper eventually..... got to safety then called the animal escape team.  Visitors to the zoo were moved to safe areas and kept there until Koga was caught .  The keeper was treated for her wounds then was taken to the hospital for further evaluation.
