Gun Photo Sparks Controversy For Mario Williams

Certain media outlets have created a controversy where one did not exist before because of a photo tweeted out by Mario Williams.

Back on April 13th Mario Williams tweeted out this photo of his gun with a suppressor (silencer) on it. Yes suppressors are illegal in New York State but are legal in Texas, where Mario has been playing since being drafted in 2006 and suppressors are also legal in Mario's home state of North Carolina.

Yes there have been some NFL players in recent memory who have been arrested on weapons charges but Mario has done nothing wrong. This whole story came about because some reporter saw the photo and fabricated a controversy.
