Have You Seen This Man? Hamburg Police Needs Your Help [VIDEO]

There are eyes everywhere as this surveillance video shows. This guy is being sought after for questioning in a fraudulent return at Hamburg Aldi store.

The camera gets a pretty good view so I doubt it will take long to find him to determine whether or not he is responsible for the fraudulent conduct.
