Kenny Chesney has released a 2nd single off of his forthcoming album “Welcome To The Fishbowl”-due out June 19th. The latest single is called “Come Over.” Chesney describes the song as being about two people who are in a bad relationship, know it should end, but aren’t ready to move on.
