Help Save These Pets!

We get calls at the radio station all the time about lost pets. Either somebody has lost a pet or they've found a pet. It would open up a can of worms if we announced them on the air because it just wouldn't stop, so by policy we don't announce them.

So what's the alternative?  Facebook.

There are a number of Facebook pages dedicated to reuniting lost pets with their owners. This comes up after the discovery of three kittens who were placed in a plastic bag and abandoned near the old Summit Park Mall in Wheatfield on Tuesday. Somebody found them, and they were rescued by the SPCA of Niagara. The Niagara County Sheriff's Department is investigating and asks that anyone with information call their office at 438-3393.
