I love yogurt and recently have been bringing in Greek Yogurt in my lunches to work. Most nutritionists will tell you that it is great for you for a bunch of reasons such as it being a great source of protein. Just like anything else, diet PLUS exercise have a lot to do with weight loss. Not sure if these mice were on treadmills, but if you are thinking of losing a few extra pounds, try some yogurt. I would also add to that, drink LOTS of water. At least for me, I notice that I shed pounds fastest when I have yogurt early in the day and based on my weight, I have at least 100 ounces of water throughout the day!
