How To Get Your Polish Groove On

They say that 1 in 3 people in Buffalo has a Polish connection.  Polish traditions run deep here in Buffalo.  From the Broadway Market to our Polish churchs to Dyngus Day, we embrace all things Polish.  Even though I am only Polish through marriage, I would hate to see Buffalo lose it's Polish identity.  Our Polish people and Polish heritage make our city unique.  One way that we Buffalonians can keep our Polish spirit alive to continue enjoying Polish food and drink and encouraging others to do so.  Next time you go food shopping, buy something Polish.  Last night while watching the Sabres game, I was enjoying some Tyskie beer, direct from Poland. Ahhhhh....good stuff.  You bet your Dupa!
