It looks like everything aligned for Sunday's St Patrick's Day parade in downtown Buffalo. The weather was near perfect for the temperatures and snow we've been having lately and the sun was shining bright all day. Thousands of WNYers were on hand to see the floats and dignitaries walk and to celebrate the luck of the Irish! Even more of a success, the Buffalo Police Department gave a great review of the event!

50,000 people were on hand and not one of them acted so crazy they ended up in handcuffs! Now that is a successful party and parade!

Walking in the parade was Mayor Byron Brown who was joined by Getzville native and Olympic Gold Medalist Emily Pfalzer. Walking in the parade was just part of her memorable weekend that included some puck time with Buffalo's two professional hockey teams.

Also on hand for the parade was Miss New York!

Did you go to the parade and did you have fun!
