We say it all the time, Buffalo is a city filled with foodies. We love our wings, our weck and so many other Buffalo native delicacies.

When I was in high school I dabbled with the idea of going to culinary school and becoming a chef. Ultimately I went with broadcasting instead, but I’ve always had in interest in cooking.

The American Culinary Federation is holding its annual Taste of Culinary event which features some of this area’s best chefs, chef educators and culinary professionals. This is all to promote the culinary industry which is growing in Buffalo. Maybe Culinary Arts is a field you’re interested in and if so you may want to consider attending the event at the Niagara Falls Culinary Institute 28 Old Falls Street, in Niagara Falls. Its taking place on Sunday, April 2nd Noon to 3:30.

A portion of proceeds will help fund scholarships at ECC and NCCC.
