Is Leno Stealing Jokes?

Howard Stern has some pretty strong accusations pointed at Jay Leno.  They say that "imitation is the best form of flattery." But that can't be said for the world of professional comedy.I have never really been a fan of Leno...I am a Letterman kinda guy.  There couldn't be anything worse than a comic who steals another comics jokes.  True there is something to be said for be just plain old funny.  I mean there are some peiople that can make any old knock knock joke sound funny.  I hate it when I hear other people use a line that I have said or that i have heard somewher else.  I almost feel vilated or cheated out of credit for it.  If it is true that Leno uses other people's jokes, he should at least have a disclaimer or somehow credit the original comic.  Read about the story below from popeater.com
