Is Toby Keith’s Song A Rip Off?

Looks like there is drama surrounding the new song from Toby Keith.  Remember the Dixie Chicks?  How could anyone forget the controversy that went on between Toby Keith and Chicks' lead singer Natalie Maines?  Now another member of the Chicks has come forward with another challenge for Toby.

When it comes to Toby v.  anyone, I can't help but read,watch or listen to the story.  It's like a bad car wreck.  Does Toby's "Bullets In The Gun" rip off  another song? It sure is similar in sound to Robert Earl Keen's song "The Road Goes On Forever."  I actually like the Keen song better
