There are a lot of heroes and zeroes out there this week, so I'll get right to it!

Alex Green -- ZERO! The running back for the Green Bay Packers has been anointed the starter -- that’s the good news. The bad news is, he’s a running back for the Green Bay Packers. It’s been since 2008 that someone from Green Bay has rushed for over 1,000 yards. It wouldn't be a bad idea to keep him as a bye-week fill-in, but he won't help your playoff run.

Kevin Kolb -- HERO! I've got three reasons you should play Kevin Kolb: Kolb has played well in back-to-back weeks, throwing for over 600 yards; Arizona is playing Buffalo. The Bills defense has let up 1,200-plus yards in the last TWO WEEKS; and the Cardinals also are down to their third RB, with Ryan Williams and Beanie Wells on the IR, so Kolb will be throwing.

Jordy Nelson -- ZERO! I wasn't ever a big fan of Nelson, but I somehow ended up with him on the majority of my teams. Long story short, he was only successful because Greg Jennings was taking coverage away from him. Jennings has been playing at 50 percent with a strained groin, and teams know that, so the coverage is going to Nelson. Bench him!

James Jones -- HERO! Speaking of Nelson getting extra coverage, that's leaving Jones to run free -- and he has. He’s been the most consistent wide receiver in Green Bay this year. Pick him up, and start him right away!

Jahvid Best -- ZERO now / HERO down the line! Is that OK? He’s eligible to come off the PUP list next week, is going through concussion testing this week and will be back. From what I've read, when he gets back, he is claiming the starting job. Moral of the story: Pick him up now.
