Jaywalker Arrested, Thrown To Ground By Police [VIDEO]

This video is getting some national attention from Austin, Texas.

A student is in handcuffs, sitting on the sidewalk at 24th and San Antonio Streets near the University of Texas campus.Then police grab her arm as she runs past them while apparently caught jaywalking.

But, there's so much more controversy surrounding the story. One student caught the incident on camera -- check out the video below.
