July 4th in Buffalo — What Is Open And What Is Closed?
July 4th commemorates the signing of the Declaration of Independence and celebrates all things America. Here's a list of what is open and what is closed this Independence Day.
Banks (M&T Bank, Key Bank, First Niagara, Evans Bank): CLOSED
Post Offices: CLOSED
Buffalo & Erie County Public Libraries: CLOSED
Walden Galleria Mall: Open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
McKinley Mall: Open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Boulevard Mall: Open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Eastern Hills Mall: Open from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m.
Darien Lake Theme Park: Open from 10:30 a.m. to 10 p.m.
Martin’s Fantasy Island: Open from 11:30 a.m. to 8:30 p.m.
Buffalo Zoo: Open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Buffalo Museum of Science: Open from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.
Buffalo & Erie County Historical Society: Open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Albright-Knox Art Gallery and Burchfield Penney Art Center: CLOSED
Aquarium of Niagara: Open from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

A few local establishments are also offering Independence Day specials.
The Buffalo Zoo's 'High Five For Military' promotion will allow a member of the U.S. military and up to four guests to come to the zoo for just $5 total! You must present a valid military ID at the gates to receive the offer.
Martin's Fantasy Island is offering admission to the park for just $17.76.
