Rumor had it last week that Kelly Clarkson was gearing up to marry Brandon Blackstock this weekend.

Originally the date was set for October 20, and now the world is wondering if Clarkson got married to Blackstock, who's Blake Shelton's manager and Reba's stepson, on Blackberry Farm in Tennessee.

The two had a big outdoor fall wedding planned where Shelton was supposed to sing and officiate. But the couple nixed that idea and decided to elope. She told People Magazine:

We are so busy that we finally just came to terms the other night and were like, 'So, we change our minds and we want to elope.'

Taste of Country reported that "the duo secured their marriage license in the Nashville area on Tuesday (Oct. 15). Clarkson and Blackstock showed up in person to obtain the document, as required by law. The license is only valid for 30 days from the date it's issued, so it wouldn't shock us if the couple's big day turned out to be this weekend."
