Kid Rock has a lawsuit on his hands. The rebellious rock/country star is getting ready for his 2018 tour and his first stop on the trip may be the courthouse.

According to a report filed by MetroSource News:

The company that owns Ringling Bros. and Barnum and Bailey says Kid Rock is using the circus' signature phrase, "The Greatest Show on Earth" to promote his upcoming tour. The lawsuit was filed in U.S. District Court in Tampa, Florida on Friday. It names Kid Rock and concert promoter Live Nation.

Until things get some sort of resolution, Rock continues to use the phrase on his website. The tour will bring Kid Rock to Toronto, ONT on February 16.
