Kids Killed in New Mexico, Teenage Shooter

When is it going to end? All these shootings are overwhelming and selfless. Now, a 15 year old boy has fatally shot two adults and three children inside of their home right outside of Albuquerque, New Mexico. It's now being confirmed that the victims were all the part of the shooters family.

The victims who were all family of Pastor Greg Griego, a man, woman, two young girls and a young boy were found with multiple gun shot wounds according to the Albuquerque Journal. “Chaplain Griego was a dedicated professional that passionately served his fellow man and the firefighters of this community. His calming spirit and gentle nature will be greatly missed.  Our thoughts and prayers go out to Greg’s extended family”, read a statement from the church Griego was part of.

Nehemiah Griego, 15, and son of Pastor Greg was arrested this morning following the shootings at the residence. He is being charged with two counts of murder and three counts of child abuse resulting in death.

Police are also seeking to determine who owned several guns that were found at the home, one of which was a semi-automatic military-style rifle.

This incident of course, is another reason why gun control laws will be another hot topic the upcoming days. New York Governor Andrew Cuomo last week signed to approve strict gun laws in New York, making them the toughest in the country. What do you think?
