Legoland Coming to New York? This Will Be a Good Weekend Getaway

This will get you feeling like a kid again! A Legoland theme park is expected to open in Goshen, Orange County, according to WGRZ.

It is estimated that the $500 million 153-acrew park theme park would would host 10,000 to 20,000 visitors A DAY.

The park would include more than 50 rides, shows and attractions plus a Lego-themed hotel. The park would be expected to open in 2019.

This would be Legoland's third major theme park in North America.

There are currently Legoland theme parks in California and Florida as well as Denmark, England, Germany, Malaysia and Dubai.

So how far of a trip would the park be if it opens? About five hours.
