Fewer Arrests Made at Brad Paisley Concert, but Number is Still High

The number has decreased a bit from the over 200 arrests made at the Toby Keith concert last July,  but underage drinking is still an issue at Darien Lake.  In total, 91 people were charged by the Genesee County Sheriff’s Department during the Brad Paisley “Virtual Reality Tour” concert.  Of those, 81 were under the age of 21.

I was invited backstage at the show to spend some time with Brad Paisley, and he made a comment about underage drinking and how it’s disappointing to see so many arrests at his shows. OK, he did record the song “Alcohol,” but if you listen to the words, it pokes fun at how stupid some people behave while under the influence.  Check it out:
