A nun up in Lewiston must have had no money. In fact she probably had none at all (get it?) haha. A Lewiston nun has been accused of stealing $128,000 from two parishes where she worked and has recently pleaded not guilty to her charges and has since, been in gambling recovery.

“Sister Mary Anne Rapp faces grand-larceny charges in Kendall Town Court, Orleans County District Attorney Joseph Cardone says.”, according to the NY Post. She was caught during a church audit last year.

Rapp, who is a member of the Sisters of St. Francis will be pleading not guilty to the charges against her. She was placed on leave in February 2011 and agreed to seek treatment for a gambling problem.

I was just talking to the King of Jokes, Craig Matthews about this story and he said must have been a bad habit. (get it again?) I needed an explination.... haha
