A brand new group is making a big splash in country music and they're called A Thousand Horses. They fuse influences that includes county, rock, and blues and you can hear it in their first song called 'Smoke' that is jumping up the Country Music Chart.

I totally dig these guys and know they'll be around for a long time. It's time for a fresh heavy-hitter group in country music and these guys are it. But, the boys are far from new. They've been working the grind in Nashville for years now and have finally gotten their break as 'Smoke' was debuted as the highest ever on the country chart by a new group. The band is made up of Michael Hobby (lead vocals), Bill Satcher (lead guitar), Zach Brown (guitar and vocals) and Graham Deloach.

The group is slated to perform at Buffalo, New York's big country music event, The Taste of Country.
