Liz’s Kitchen: Cinnamon Roll French Toast Bake Recipe
This recipe is perfect for a holiday or a weekend breakfast. We found this recipe a couple years ago on Tasty’s Facebook page and have been making it ever since. We made it on our family trip to the beach and even on holidays. It’s so simple and so delicious!
Cinnamon Roll French Toast Bake
2 tubes refrigerated cinnamon rolls with icing
4 Tbsp. butter, melted
1/2 cup milk
2 tsp cinnamon
2 tsp vanilla
1 cup maple syrup
Preheat your oven to 375 degreed and grab a 9×13 baking dish. Take the butter and melt and spread over the the baking dish.
Then take the cinnamon rolls and set the icing aside for later use. Cut each of the cinnamon rolls into 8 pieces each and spread over the butter in the dish.
Whisk together the eggs, milk, cinnamon and vanilla in a bowl and pour over the cinnamon rolls in the dish.
Pour 1 cup of maple syrup over the mixture and then bake for 25 min.
Top with the icing from the cinnamon rolls and enjoy!
