Local Veteran Receives Vehicle from Recycled Rides Program Thanks to Local Businesses

Auto Collision and Glass and GEICO were instrumental in providing the gift of reliable transportation to local veteran Thomas Mandrell.  Mandrell served in Afghanistan as an Army combat Engineer and was nominated by the DAV, whose mission is dedicated to a single purpose to empower veterans to lead high quality lives with respect and dignity.

Mandrell received keys to a 2015 Jeep Cherokee last Wednesday, September 28th provided through the National Auto Body Council's recycled rides program, in which auto body repairers, Insurance companies and other industry organizations refurbish and donate recycled vehicles to families in need.
