Look what one man in Western New York did this Fall in order to avoid getting his inspection sticker renewed. Back in October, a Tonawanda man was arrested after having a fake inspection sticker on his car--he literally would put a piece of film over the sticker to change the colors to try and fake out police.

He's not alone though.

A total of 12 million vehicles are registered in New York state, and a shocking number have inspection stickers that are either fake or acquired through fraud, according to CBS.

Last year, one guy was caught bringing fake inspection stickers from overseas where he said people would pay nearly 200 bucks per sticker. Look at the shocking discoveries below.
