It's not the first time this year that there were concerns about kid's Halloween candy this year. Even here in Buffalo, there was a report of an incident in Kaisertown where Buffalo Police released a statement on Facebook.

This time, in Massachusetts, a woman found a needle in her 4-year-old daughter's candy bar that was perfectly places. It is beyond me why someone would want to hurt another child, but how screwed up do you have to be to try?
