Looks like I'm getting some new neighbors! Turns out that Terry and Kim Pegula must be tired of living in Orchard Park, or maybe they just wanted to drop a few bills on some new digs. Either way I'm excited to run into them and hang out all the time at their place for all the Bills and Sabres games.. what..it could happen.

According to The Buffalo News, The Pegula's purchased a modest 57-acre Aurora Estate on Mill rd in the Town of Aurora for pocket change! Just a cool 2.5 MILLLION! The house, an all brick mansion spanning 11,159 sqft,  features five bedrooms, six bathrooms, a patio, full basement, and attached four car garage. Hopefully it also comes with good karma and a definite in for the play-offs this year?

Terry and Kim bought the Estate through their East Property Management company. The house was owned by the former owner of Buffalo Crushed Stone, Richard E. Garman. Garman built the two story home in 1997 for 510,000 on the 57-acre land he bought in 1995.

I actually was driving by the Estate last week when they had, what I believe, was an open house. I wish I would have stopped to snap some photos, but to get an idea of what the house offers, I put a link below to the Zillow posting on the house.

... Guess I need to bake some pies and introduce myself to the new neighbors!
