A stage collapse following Luke Bryan's Thursday night show in Columbus, Ohio injured four members of his crew, and is responsible for Friday's (Jan. 17) postponed show in Lexington, Ky.

WLEX-TV reports that a forklift struck the rear of the stage while crews were tearing it down, causing a portion of it to fold. Damage sustained to the stage forced the postponement of Friday's show in Lexington. Bryan tweeted that the new date for the Rupp Arena is February 21.

According to WBNS-TV in Columbus, the incident occurred around midnight after Bryan’s show at the Schottenstein Center on Ohio State University’s campus. The injured suffered minor foot or arm injuries. WKYT-TV adds that those hurt were tearing down the set after the concert. No fans were in the building at the time.

Tonight's sold-out show was to include Lee Brice and Cole Swindell as openers. Bryan's next scheduled show is on Saturday in Knoxville, Tenn.
