Man Fired For Leaving This Note On Doors For His Late Boss [PICTURE]

An employee at this gas station was fired after taping this passive-aggressive note on the outside the doors after his boss was late.

I've actually been in this situation my first day of work at my first job ever. I was scheduled at 6 AM and the boss was late about an hour as well, so I waited.

Reports say that the manager was late because she didn't hear her alarm.

Should this guy have done the same and waited? Or is posting this note acceptable? Is it a sign of disrespect to your boss?
