Farming is a year round occupation.  Whether it's livestock or trees, there is a lot of upkeep involved. So farmers have to find ways of doing things quicker and more efficiently.  This tree farm says it trims 10,600 trees by hand.  With this method, I believe them!

Although they might want to think about some protection to wear.  Shorts and sneakers seems a little dangerous.
