Maroon 5 Is Talked to Play Super Bowl Half Time

It is very possible that we will see Blake Shelton perform at the halftime at Super Bowl 50 on February 7, 2016 if Maroon 5 does indeed get the official go-ahead to play. Billboard posted yesterday:

According to E! News, Adam Levine and his band have had "extensive talks" about performing for the 50th Super Bowl on Feb. 7, 2016.

One would hope (and assume) that Levine and his band would bring out his good friends and coaches from 'The Voice' like Shelton, Gwen Stefani and Pharrell.

Though, Super Bowl 50 is broadcasting from CBS while 'The Voice' calls NBC home.
