Matt Kenseth led 146 of 200 laps at Michigan International Speedway on Sunday to win his third race of the season, his third career race at Michigan and giving the Joe Gibbs Racing team its fifth victory in the last six races.  Kenseth clinched the win when he pulled away from Kevin Harvick on the final restart with 17 laps left.

Harvick came in second.  Martin Truex, Jr. Austin Dillon and Denny Hamlin completed the Top 5.

Kyle Busch started from the rear in a back-up car and came in 11th.  But it was good enough for him to move up one position in the Sprint Cup standings from 30th to 29th.  He now stands18 points up on 30th place Justin Allgaier and 23 points ahead of 31st place Cole Whitt with three races left before the start of the Chase for the Sprint Cup championship.

Next up on the schedule, racing under the lights at Bristol Motor Speedway.
